Training help??

Alright again to all

I am currently crystal palace and only five games in season but my players are performing poor. I have played around with the Training settings but i was woundering is their any tips or any traning files i can download and try ?

My strikers don't hit target alot even tho they are 15 Finishers ..

And my defenders seem to like injuring the opposition :S

Any help ?
