Conan92
I have had problems with FM since I've installed it; it did 'launch after install' fine and I played it but once I quit for the night the next morning I couldn't get on. There is no icon on my desktop, every time i go to C:/Program Files/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2009 and click on 'fm' it says: 'Football Manager 2009 has stopped working Windows can check online for a solution to the problem. --> Check online for a solution and close the program --> Close the program' Either way nothing happens. The program doesn't even start. Plus when I put the disk in it doesn't autorun; other games do. I have also tried the patch which fails at step 153, and I have tried to install DXSDK but that is already included in my computer. Problem details are: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: fm.exe Application Version: 9.0.0.23544 Application Timestamp: 48ff2377 Fault Module Name: fm.exe Fault Module Version: 9.0.0.23544 Fault Module Timestamp: 48ff2377 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00bfbf57 OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: aa9c Additional Information 2: 00e6300fac05cee8bb11ab1f62618af7 Additional Information 3: c2d4 Additional Information 4: a8628c474df9f0c2ac7867ae8ad01acc Note: I'm on Windows Vista. What do I do? Can anyone help? Any answers will be much appreciated. Thanks.
