I've read Miles' statements and appreciate his advice, but not all my questions are being answered. My problem is I'm not blessed with a super-sonic internet connection. I've been downloading via Steam now for 2 hours and it's completed 2%. What's more I'm on a contract for my internet that limits my time to 30 hours a month so I haven't got the time or money to let it carry on at this speed. So I thought about authenticating by phone but when I insert the CD and try and install it, it now skips the part in the installation where it asks how you want to authenticate, (ie Steam, Uniloc, Phone etc) so I am completely out of options. I would appreciate Miles or someone at SI getting in touch so I'm not wasting internet credit on something that will take an eternity to install.
