2 problems

I have installed the game through steam, activated and then activated through softanchor (which took about 3 try's). The demo ran fine and my computer is quite good

I finally started a new game and then when i was doing my manager details the game crashed and when i try and start again. Softanchor comes up again asking to activate it and now it won't go through with the internet. I have turned off my firewall, done windows update and surely if it's worked on activating once, it will do it again.

This is the worse set up for a game I've ever played
