user in english in korea

hi

two questions, based on me moving to korea, and having a hard drive crash:

1) Is there any way I can download FM 2008 or WWSM 2008? None of the sites let me download it in Korea, and I have my purchase ID (my hard drive had a total crash, and I had to put a new one in).

2) Is there any way one can purchase FM 2009 online, or WWSM 2009 out-of-region? I'm an English teacher, and my Korean is not sufficient to play the game!

I've tried to email support, but the email bounced.
