How do I change the kit each season?

I've read somewhere (some time ago) that it was possible to have a clubs kit change with each season. If I remember correctly, it was something to do with the kits config file where you added the respective year to the appropriate config line. Does anyone know how this is done properly please?

In essence, I'd like my team to have one home shirt in 2007, then 'use' another home shirt in 2008 and so on. I'd imagine that the shirt graphics would have to be named accordingly also.

If anyone could let me know how this is achieved, I'd be very grateful.
