fm2009 online game suggestion

I though the online feature of football manager is really good (even though really slow and laggy) , as it adds a little longevity to the game after you've been burnt out doing single player and just want to start a league with your friends.

But its so difficult to find a game when u need to join by using a specific IP so you have to go through the forums for online games which usually take at least a week or 2 in my experince to get a couple of dedicated people playing a league together.

I was hoping in fm 2009 there would be some change to this in which we can view on going games and join them.

Probably sounds easier than it actually being done, but hey everyone can dream right
