Bilbao Athletic and Baskonia are part of Athletico Bilbao but are listed as Affiliated clubs. They both have crappy managers and I would like to replace them. Is there some way to do it and how? There could be a good idea for an additional board interaction module, something along the lines of 'I'm not happy with the performance of our B team manager & I think you should consider replacing him' or 'Our youth team manager is showing some promise & I'd like you to consider promoting him to B team manager'. Over time & as you gain the trust of the board you can be asked to get involved in choosing a replacement in much the same was as the feeder club system works, the job vacancy is posted is normal & once the applicants are in you can decide on you will compliment your style most effectively.
