The Icepick Posted April 19, 2012 Share Posted April 19, 2012 Hi all, I have a problem with one of my scouts. His name is Mauro Innocenti, from Italy. His JPA/JPP are 19/17. He has a roaming assignment for Central Europe, and he scouts some players out on loan as well. Whenever new regens come in, I tend to scout the ones with the highest values. So in his case, when France and Germany (among other countries) get their regens, I search every club, and scout the highest valued youngsters. I divide them between Mauro and 2 other scouts who scout Central Europe. The other 2 scouts come up with individual reports for their players. Mauro doesn't. Since a few months, all he does is scout the loanees. Does anyone know why this happens? At the moment, Mauro has 211 scouting assignments. The other 2 were on 250, but are now down to 216.
