Staff on taking over a club

Why is this always in such a mess?

Started a save with Santos. Won state championship, 3rd in league, won Cope Libertadores, beaten by Barca in World Club Cup final. Season 2 everything going well and won state again, but I got fed up and resigned and waited for another offer to come in. Nine months later, Sao Paolo offer me the job. Day 1, lets see what we have in the staff room:

2 Coaches

3 First team Coaches

1 Fitness Coach

ok so far, but................

5 Goalkeeping coaches - eh? Do my Gk's need need one each then?

9 Physios! WTF do a team need 9 physios for?

6 Youth Coaches -erm why more youth coaches than coaches for senior team and under 23's?

Are we really meant to believe that this set up would be in place? I now have to get rid of 4 GK coaches 3 youth coaches and 7 physios so why, given the allowed number by the board, was this not done under the previous regime then?

Ludicrous and unnecessary SI. At least try and make the staff set up when you take over a club realistic
