Removing 'Recently Managed Teams'

Due to the embarrassing amount of teams I have taken over, I wondered whether there was a way in which you could remove the list of teams that you have managed. I have attempted to remove the player profile and create a new one, that didn't work. I even went to the lengths of un-installing and re-installing the game itself, still no luck. I just want a fresh start, no long lists of managed team. Any help would be amazing.
