Players going public with criticism for the manager

I searched for this but couldn't find it...

Is there any thing you can do if a player publicly criticises you? I gave a full time team talk saying we'd need to do better next time, and the whole team apart from two nuggets responded well. The next thing I know the two treacherous cretins went public with their criticism for my team talk.

There's no option of giving them a warning, which is what I think would happen in reality.
