watching 3d matches in full

i am only after watching a full match in 3d swansea v newcastle in my 4th premiership game,losing the first three 5-2 at home to chelsea ,1-0 away to city though should have lost by more as you would expect and 1-0 at home to sunderland a game we should have won,well in this game we won 2-0 but by god it was hard to watch,the team are playing so crap,the ammount of fouls we gave away (19) is so frustrating and passing by both sides was laughable at times,it would nearly make you want to pull youre hair out.why is this,is it because of previous results,the tactics and being so early in the season or because i have lost a few 1st team players???

just looking through reports-match performance i am noticing that the players are "struggling to find the motivation to play as me as the manager" this is pretty clear in the way the team are performing on the pitch,there is very little effort being shown.how long will it take for me to get the players respect???
