Short cut lost

I do like the new layout of the tactics screen and team and player instruction screen in the FM12 Demo, but..

In FM11, on the tactics screen, you were able to click on the pitch or the player shirt and it would jump straight to either the team instructions or the player instruction screen for the player you click on.

In FM12 demo, its not possible. So I presume its not going to be possible in the actual game.

I know its not a massive thing, but I am disappointed, what does everyone else think?
