Quick question about international management?

Hoping to take over an international team when a suitable position becomes available - my managerial reputation is finally at the right kind of level to be offered a position.

With that in mind, I just had a question about he new features in international manager for FM08.

Can you ask your international scouts to get scout reports on the opposition as well as player reports?

Any other views about the new features would be interesting.
