Job Status & Clubs Favoured Personel Problem

At the start of the past 2 seasons my Job status has gone from 'Untouchable' to 'Stable'.

The first season i was predected Mid table and i finished 3rd. On the day of the last macth of the season i was untouchable and by the re-opening of the transfer market i was stable.

The only reason why i think this would happen was because Udinese had about 40 players in the reserves out on loan and when most of them returned it put the wages being paid well over the total budget.

Then the 2nd season the target was Continetal Qualification and i again overachieved and finished 1st. My Job status was again untouchable on the last day of the season but now, only about 3 months after winning the league and before i've even played a pre season game yet, im stable again even though i just won their 1st ever league title and this time i can't think of any reason why this would happen.

Also, after winning the league i was placed on the Favoured Personnel list for the club but now im off it already.

Can anyway explain why this has happened? Thanks
