Game runs fine, but match is laggy!

Hi my game runs fine but whenever I get to a match the 3D is fine, however the 2D classic is laggy but not only that. The whole match is laggy ie clicking on different tabs, the game pausing and sometimes even the commentary. Does anyone know the cause or how to fix it? I have the latest patch installed.

My specs are;

System Model: HP G60 Notebook PC

BIOS: Default System BIOS

Processor: Intel® Core2 Duo CPU T5800 @ 2.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz

Memory: 3072MB RAM

Available OS Memory: 3070MB RAM
