Help with FM 2011

I am playing with Shakhtar and recently two of my players Fernandinho and Srna were unpleasant with the way I handle team talks. Now I already sold Fernandinho but really need Srna to be mentally 100%. So i promised him that I would approach team talks differently.

Now how should I approach these team talks differently. I use the usual for the fans and tell players who are not performing well at half time that I have faith in them or prove your point. I am very generous when they come back with 3 points. Please tell me how to change my team talks.
