Club Rules function for Football Manager

I think a good function upon joining a new team would be to set the club rules, as all managers do.

For example, Balotelli headbutted an opponent so I fined him 2 weeks for violent behaviour. This sent him doolally, and that ended up being the last game he played for my team. All over a 2 week fine.

Maybe an addition to team settings could be a "discipline" box, where things like fines/club expectations could be in there, where you would automatically assign punishments for a range of misdemeanors, such as;

Sent off (straight red) - drop down menu with choices "2 week fine"

"Warning"

Missing training - 2 wk fine

warning

Criticising the club/manager in public - 2 week fine

warning

This would also avoid the issue where I have to run off to the toilet at the end of a match instead of remembering to click the punishment at the end of the game, which also annoys half the team for "lack of discipline."

It would just make more sense, as these punishments are standard anyway, so it's not like they should even have an impact in player/manager relationships.
