Windowed screen?

Please can some direct me to a thread about playing the game in windowed mode? The option to do it on mine is greyed out.

I sometimes run dual screen and like to run FM windowed, the way i do it is to create two short cuts on the desktop... One is for full screen mode and the second I usually just call FM windowed. On the FM Windowed one, right click and go to Properties there will be a field that says Start in:, it will be populated with location of the exe file "C:\..." after the last quotation mark add -w. This short command tells Windows to run it in a window instead of full screen. Hope it helps.
