staff decline offer but no explanation

hi guys,

im arsenal on the fm11 demo and offered contracts to several coaches who are without clubs

and during the transfer negotiations each one says they are happy with the contract offered

but then turn it down.

i dont mind them turning me down (even tho i offered double what they`re asking),

but they never give a reason.

a bug or are they just rude?
