Go to Documents -> Sports Interactive -> Football Manager 2010 -> Tactics If you don't have a tactics folder there, make one. Then go in game and click on your tactics screen. In the top right corner above the picture of your formation, it should have a dropdown menu for your tactics. Click import tactics and then find the tactic and you should be good to go.
