Whats CA. How do you get player too tutor a player? Whats the best attributes for young players so that they can progress easily?

CA = Current Ability. It's on a scale of 0-200 and it shows the overall ability of the player. Easy enough.

To get a player to tutor another, go to the profile page of the player you want to be tutored. Go to his interaction page (where you normally can comment on his performances and whatnot) and at the bottom it should have a little drop-down menu where you can pick a player that he can be tutored by.

Best attributes for young players - Depends on the position and all that, I guess. Adaptability and determination are helpful.
