Whats happened??

Im playing as arsenal in 2018 and built an amazing team. I was on a 18 match unbeaten streak......and then I installed Patch 10.3. Now pretty much every shot the opposition have against me goes in, most of my shots go over the bar and I end up losing where the oppersition have 2 shots and I have many many more. All my defenders cant even get a rating of 7 even though there av.rating season to date is well over a 7. Does this patch require major tactic changes?? Has anyone else had a similar problem because its ruining my game ive been playing for months.
