le_quack80 Posted February 27, 2010 Share Posted February 27, 2010 A little while back on 2009 I played a long-term game with a huge database and only the English and Scottish leagues. The end result was: England and Scotland dominating the World Cup The EPL and SPL both requiring players with a CA of 160+ just to be competitive Europe being dominated by British teams in all competitions. I fancy doing a long-term game again, starting either in the BSS or Isthman, but what other leagues and databases should I select so that in 20 years: a) Countries like Argentina, Brazil, Italy etc still being competitive at International level and the British sides continuing to be dissapointing? b) the European Cup isn't dominated by Chelsea and Man Utd for ten years? c) Other countries have decent sides? d) all of those players with a CA of 160 don't become Premiership regulars and the Conference is made up of league 1 standard players?
