Patch 10.2 3d match

Ok I need serious help, I've played this game fresh from the box version so thats 10.0 and when i play a match the stadium and 3d match engine works fine perfect infact. So anyway i used the patch to fix the other bugs in the game, now using the patch 10.2 when i get to a match instead of a 3d match i get a black screen and only comentry at the bottom with sound. Now i'm totally confused why this is happen please please help
