Slow performance

Hi, I'm currently in my 7th season (2017) in fm10 and my performance is extremely slow, it takes about an hour to process on week (including one match)

Before this season I didn't realy had any performance problems, it took about 10-15mins for a week, th fm performance rating gives me 3stars. I have competitions england (championship and above), netherlands (first 2 divisions) and a custom competition for belgium so I can start playing from the lowest division in belgium.

I also have a few face- and logopacks installed

I have a dual core 2.1ghz and 4gb memory

Is this lack of performance because i'm already in my 7th seasons with quite some leagues?

or because of the graphic packs?

I also noticed my save game is already around 300mb, might this be the problem?

but my final question is, is there any way to increase performance on my existing game?
