Question about regens

I recently bought FM10, but haven't played it that much due to other time consuming activities. With the holidays coming up I finally am able to find some spare time for FM.

I've played FM09 a lot in the summer and one of the reasons I liked the game was that the regens were pretty good in the long run. I've seen some outstanding regens who can be compared to today's world stars. I'm a person who plays one save for a couple of seasons and these outstanding regens contributed to the enjoyment of the game.

Before I'm really deepening into FM10 I want to know if the regens generated in FM10 are the same quality as those in FM09. I can remember that the regens in FM08 were awful and this ruined the game for me. Thus can anyone tell me if the regens in FM10 are pretty good? Or are they crap as in FM08?
