minor issue with team selection window (pre-match)

so this is something fairly minor but it's getting irksome:

normally when i move to the pre-match team selection menu, players are sorted by position and then as i select players to be part of the match squad, they get moved to the top of the list and those unselected are still sorted by position.

i've somehow managed to change that setting and was wondering how i get it back? using the "condition" view of the squad, if i click sort by position, then players selected for the team squad don't get moved to the top of the list, if i select sort by pkd, then they are no longer sorted by position.

i've tried all sorts things i though might help (like switching to another a screen and coming back, pressing continue with an incomplete squad and seeing if it would automatically fix itself) to no avail. Having gotten used to it over 5 years, i'd like to fix whatever i've broken.

Any ideas?

if you sort by PKD and then hold down shift and sort by position then it will sort it out for you
