bender4888
I've been wondering if it is possible to increase the possibility of getting top players from the youth induction, for example by improving youth facilities or something else, can anyone tell me what determines how good players you'll get or is it just random? RawrrrFace16
Better youth facilities obviously increases the chances of getting good players through the academy.
bender4888
Yeah i agree with that but it would be kind of too simple for such important part of the game don't you think, coaches and scouts at the clubs must have something to do with it i would think
Mouse FC
The level of your youth academy determines this, but so do other things. Your youth coaches obviously help determine how they develop. One of the bigger determining factors is also the reputation of your club and what league you play in.
bender4888
It would add more depth to the game if you had more control of the acadamies, for those who like to train the youth they get rather than buying
