Too few news items from subscribed competitions

For example, I am subscribed to European Champions Cup (Awards, Events, Matches and Records being ticked). At about quarter-final stage the "roundup" style news items stop appearing (probably because there needs to be several matches in a single day to trigger this news item). The only news items that appear are about the teams from the nation I am playing in (England). The final was Barcelona vs Real, and there was no news item about the match, no news item about the winner, nothing. I wouldn't even know who won it if I didn't attend the match. It kinda defeats the point of subscribing to a competition if the game wouldn't even tell me the winner!
