3d Match jerky as hell - graphics card advice

Hello to you all

I recently bought fm2010 and am delighted with it so far. It looks and feels great, and as I sawe somewhere else, im not alone in noticing it seems to run a little smoother and faster than FM2009. Except for me, in the 3d match. Its proper jerky, even when I have it on low detail, no statium/sky/weather etc. Only when the camer can move no further at either end of the pitch, if you get me, do I see how fluid and tasty it looks !

SO - I am willing so go get me a graphics card to help this along. I also got a couple of other games and they wont function also, so its a necessary purchase methinks.

Anyway, I am running off this ;

Intel Pentium dual CPU

E2140 @ 1.60GHz

1.60GHz, 1.99 GM RAM

and would LOVE if someone out there more tach savvy than I could please point me in the right direction of offer some sage advice.
