Gopez Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 I installed the game from the DVD this morning using the Steam activation method, but after the installation it started updating it. However, even downloading at around 400kb/s it took about 20-30 mins. Looking at the direct download the file is around 70mb, so I think Steam actually downloaded the whole game again instead of just applying a patch. Is this normal? Seems like a waste of bandwidth, especially for those on internet packages with a low monthly cap. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
