Player Interaction via comments made to the papers.

Ok well I was hoping that the SI team would make this possible cause it happens a lot. Players making statements on there own to the press. You had Cesc say that Spurs couldn't beat the Arsenal women and he was made to eat his words, also Darren Bent with his Twittergate stuff. These kind of controversial incidents should be stuff that is in the game so you can possibly play off of it like having a team talk that made have something to do with Cesc's comments on game day. Or interacting with Darren about his loud mouth to the press. Stuff like this would be a major work in progress but I do hope that SI have been making this a thing to work toward. It is boring to not get those juicy stories popping up ever now and again. Also the rumor mill should be more in your face so you can see either how stupid the rumor or maybe that really is a player you are or want to maybe look at.
