megaman Posted June 27, 2009 Share Posted June 27, 2009 when you first send him out on loan, provided you have a scout on staff, it will ask you if you would like to get reports from a certain scout. if he is already on loan, go to the player and there will be an option to "get scouting report" and then you just pick which staff member you want to scout his matches Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
