Otak40 Posted June 20, 2008 Share Posted June 20, 2008 I asked my scout to get a report on bosingwa. my scout has 17 for assessing player ability. my scout came back and said bosingwa should be a last resort. however when I look at his stats, he's pretty good. now, is the scout report an accurate assessment of a player's performance in the game?
