Mac 9.3 installation problem. Any help would be great.

I have posted this twice in the FAQ thread and got no response either time, so I was wondering if anyone could help. Thanks

I have a MAC book Pro with Leopard and have been able to play up until the new patch and when I now load the game from the dock, i get this message:
