screen goes black when startin a match?

game was working fine untill i downloaded some badge,stadium background and facepacks then when i go to start a match as soon as u press continue to go to kick off the screen goes blank and the only way back to the desktop is through ctrl+alt+delete and fm is then not responding so has to be exited. i deleted the packs i had put on and it still did it so ive unistalled fm and steam about 3 times and cleared all files and folders off my laptop and it stil does it? any ideas?

i sorted it so for anyone else with same problem go on preferences and make sure the 'display mode' is on 'windowed' i changed it to that and its fine now!
