bit of help needed

i really want to get the no transfer window unlockable as i hav the other 2 already but when in the sseason does the message come up

e.g. just after the tranfer windows? or at the end of the season?

i made 15mil in sales with a spanish B4 team nd still nothing

if someone could tell me an easier way of getting it (hint hint) i will be happy

also would you still unlock it if u use the editor to get loads over expensive players into a team like halifax and sell them?

an easy way to do it is, 1) download the save file posted somewhere on the forum, or 2) put a big prem team in the conference and sell a few big players and that should unlock it

ok i did all of the chelsea players leavin exept hilario but i just deleted that one but none of the players goin in work and i have no idea why?
