Ediocy Posted February 26, 2009 Share Posted February 26, 2009 Well you would know that they are regens if they have a facegen face, instead of a grey silhouette by default. And they get added into the game via promotion into any club's youth team, at the ages of 14-18 years old depending on which country the club is from. And the dates where they get added into the game depend on the country where the clubs are from as well.
