Recommended Posts

Hello everyone. I am very much counting on your help. I have created a tactic and bought for her players. As you can see in the screenshots I play 4-2-3-1.

instruction team

Philosophy: fluid

Strategy: Controll

Style Transmission: shorter

Creative freeedom: more improvisation

Tackling: more cautious

Marking: Zonal

Roaming: more roaming

Focus passing: throught the middle

Counter attack: yes

Offside: yes

Instructions players

All players in a short pass. In attacking midfielders more freedom of creativity, to pass the course

Your team needs to get its tactical familiarity up. Thats going to take atleast a couple of months, and atleast 20 games, IMO. So don't judge the tactic too quickly. 4-2-3-1 isn't necessarily the most attacking formation, its more of a possession formation the way you have set it up (from the look of it). If you need more goals, try adding a winger or another forward!

Hi,

Here are a few things that I would consider:

1. With that many players already attacking I wouldn't be using counter attack.

2. With that many players high up the pitch you are probably going to want fairly high closing down... which you do not show

3. With that many players high up the pitch you need to ensure you ARE winning the ball, therefore considering mixed or hard tackling.

4. Do your AMC (L/R's) have roaming and/or wide play instructions?

5. If no to the above, you might need some width support from your WB's.

(though, I am no expert).

Regards

LAM
