wouterdl
I find Tactical knowledge the most important because then they help you with which players should be marked tightly etc
godemperor
I really dont see much use in AM aside from fitering out unrealistic transfer targets since i do all the tactics my self, but good judge on CA and PA is usefull to have a good team report, but still not too important. Sassafras
Determination and motivating, which are useful for getting high stars in training. Working with youngsters is a bonus so they can work with youth players too. Everything else can go to hell, assistant managers are useless.

Bromley Raven
It also depends on what team you are. At a large team with loads of staff I'd look at Tactical Knowledge and Motivating to help with Opposition Instructions and Team Talks. At a smaller club with less staff you'll need to use them for coaching as well so coaching skills are essential.
The North End
I always go for Tactical Knowledge, Motivation, Man Management, JPA, JPP, Working with Youngsters. I look for them in that order but tbh they need to be good at them all so it's generally a pretty short list of appropriate candidates.
