I'm looking for a nation that the nation can compete in for World Cup and European Football Championship But the club from the nation itself doesn't qualify for Euro Cup / European Champions Cup. Is there such country? Or at least a way for the teams to not qualify for the cup. Is there a way? If not that it means that I have to 'revive' a dead country such as Great Britain. So is there a way to change this nation continent to Europe? I know it's in the forum somewhere. And since I'll be doing it from scratch, it means that there are rules applied on the league 'Top team qualify for Euro Cup' or something right?
