AlexR4444 Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 Hi everyone As my squad have come back from holiday there now is 'a worrying lack of cohesion', when at the end of last season they had 'a fairly good understanding'. I have immediately planned lots of friendlies to help my team play. Is this sudden drop in understanding normal? What else can be done to increase the cohesion of my squad (it is only 21 players)? I have before managed a team, on a different save, which was 'willing to die for each other', but I'm not sure how I got it to that. Any ideas? Cheers.
