Come on ye pars Posted February 15, 2009 Share Posted February 15, 2009 Hi, was thinking of starting a game with Blackpool. Has anyone ever gone them and how are they to manage? Who is there best players at the start and what is their best 11? What is the money situation like and what about the stadium, I know it is small but is it normally full? Start with injred strikers, about £600k if i recall correctly and not a lot of talent to sell on. The Right back (sorry i forget his name) was quality, Centre back areas were ok, LB was needed. GK was ok, I replaced most of the midfield. Keith Southern is the best CM but you can raise some funds by selling him on for about £1million. The club also gets taken over, i got a director, but you could always hope for a tycoon. Also you could look at some loans from Scotland to improve the team. Willis Posted February 16, 2009 Share Posted February 16, 2009 I've never managed Blackpool, but I remember they purchased a couple of my players (from Swansea) for exorbitant fees.
