Patrick27
I'm playing as Sunderland in the Premier League. I'm having some slight problems with my full backs. I play a flat 4-4-2. A lot of the goals that I concede come from the same scanerio, the opposing fullback passes it forward to the winger. At this stage their winger is between my winger and fullback. Their winger then just runs and whips the ball into the box. My fullback setting are currently ment. 10, closing down 10, tight/zonal marking. Any ideas? silten
Are they running inside or outside of the fullback? If there's space outside of the fullback, try playing a little wider. Similarly, if the winger is cutting inside the fullback, reduce the width. I'd also try loose marking and reducing the closing down a touch, encouraging the fullback to track back with the winger, slowing him down, rather than advancing for and then missing a tackle. Patrick27
Thanks for that silten. The winger usually run on the outside of my fullback, will try these thanks
