matthewgoodfield
Hi In away games does your assistant say , that we cant keep the ball at the moment . Does anybody have much success playing a passing style of like 8 for away games Home Games - 4 Away Games - 8 It is 8 for Away games because teams close you down a lot more . And I cant seem to keep the ball at all Thanks

Code
I rather play mixed passing, I prefer playing more direct away and got much success that way.
matthewgoodfield
Why is it that you can get more success away from home playing a more mixed passing At home I can play short and keep the ball really well . But away I have to play mixed :8 because I cant keep the ball really well . But I do with Mixed Why is this ?? Thanks
Zipflashly
Why is it that you can get more success away from home playing a more mixed passing I guess the theory ties in with the following; 1) At home you are generally favoured to win-so the opponent sits back and will play a defensive counter attacking game. Thus, you should be more successful if you are patiently keeping the ball and playing round/through their ranks of players. 2) Away-they are more likely to be more adventurous, so a ball 'over the top' or down the wings may be more successful since they have committed players forward. But that's theory-personally, I never change passing and only play 1 tactic (and maybe an anti 424 if the need arises) and try to adjust mentality, def line, time wasting and tempo to suit. Above all, just remember-it's an SI game-so who really knows?!!!
