Cityull
If you have a great run for about a month or 2 and your players expect to win each game, how do you keep them all grounded and for it to affect your tactics as little as possible? ChewyFun
Pre-Match Team Talk. Tell the over-confident/complacent players that you 'Expect a performace' - just so they don't rest on their laurels. ...Works well for me, hope this helps. Of course, if this over-confidence is literally the whole team (nay, squad!) then try adding any pressure you can in team talks. Never be pleased, always want more. That'll bring em' down a ped or two! ...Works well for me, hope this helps.
