Helicon
Good stuff. I recommend you add technique to your strikers as this is important for shots to goals ratio in the same way as first touch/finishing is. Also anticipation for centre backs, particularly if they are not quick.
djwillster
well as showed i have the key attributes but all that is covered here is a brake down for so if you look at the training you'll see that i have those bases covered Strength - Natural fitness, stamina, strength and work rate. Aerobic - Acceleration, agility, balance, jumping, pace and reflexes. Goalkeeping - Ability, handling, kicking, throwing and one-on-ones. Tactics - Anticipation, decisions, positioning, movement, team work and command of area. Ball Control – Dribbling, first touch, technique, flair and heading. Defending - Tackling, marking and concentration. Attacking - Passing and creativity. Shooting - Finishing, long shots and composure. Set-Pieces - Crossing, corners, free kicks, penalty taking and long throws. so far during every season iv played iv only had 1 negetive at the end of month summary and thats coz the dude is past it im playing with merthyr

djwillster
Do you have any screen shots of the development of players using these schedules? when I get the screens up you will think that there's not much improvement but the reason for that is that I'm San Marino lol and only have 4 coaches that suck with crap facilities but it the best iv saw for what I have and all training is refined to that specific roll so the more n the better the staff and facilities you should see big improvements im still in the process of doing something simalir for all youth as at the moment im using tugs for my youth set up
djwillster
as you can see iv not played him much but thats because he is a back up he is a backup mid that does well when i need the player in my team and as u can see the guy is a key player since iv put him in the training his game play has excelled big time and is the top scorer
Son_Of_William
Mate there is only on Average 4 stats improving there. However Im no training expert and im delighed more people are trying to make Training schedules. Here's a thought. Why not try and compare these to proven ones such are DarkStar and Tugs? A season with your's and a season with DS's/Tugs and post the results?

Why not try and compare these to proven ones such are DarkStar and Tugs?A season with yours and a season with DS's/Tugs and post the results? thanks for the feedback its always appreciated. the reason for that if you've used my training for the right positions is that even though its only 4 stats on avervage on mine its because i have 4 crap coaches if its not because of that lol then its down to the attributes needed for that position. just because its very unlike tugs and ds were in there training almost every thing improves iv tried a different approach by doing specific positions so therefore its wont improve every stat but wat it will do is im prove the key attributes for that postion and thats wat iv aimmed for. also i tried to make a part time training using tugs as a guide line but not much success so i decide id do my own thing instead of comparing to theres so im not seen or acussed of stealing others ideas thus is why its this way.

Abaddon879
ta dude coz id like to no if it work for ppl or not lol any feedback will be good Ease off the text speech mate. Remember its a multi-cultural forum and English isn't the first language of everyone. Text speech is very localised so can make it almost impossible for people from other countries to understand. As far as your training goes, Sassano looked fairly average in the first screenshot, and then showed great improvement in the second. The only downside I can see is he doesn't have much of an increase in mental stats. Its very technical training from what I can tell. Perhaps increase the mental stats slightly too to help make a well rounded player?

vavavoom
try bringing down your workload by 3 notches then bring down your aerobic and ball control down by 2 notchesif theres any more feed back feel free also try the youth training to but to be honest i norm give them 1 wk rest then gt them back but unhappy with train dont affect anything from what i have seen yet i have some players complaining that they are unhappy with the training but they eventually stop whining. opare is one of them. he is one lazy bum but im seeing good results now. i put borges in adv playmaker routine and he really improved greatly. too bad i dont have his stats before i got him. but its really promising. ramon... he looks really average when i first got him. all his stats are on green first time but it did improved greatly throughout the season. . lastly, this guy. smolov. i scouted him in club called saturn. my scout says he is some way of having the required potential to be better than my first choice striker. but i pick him up out of curiosity see if he will improve. put him in complete forward routine not very disappointing results. will update on their improvements after another season. (that is if they dont get snatch by bigger teams)

Golden28
Going to try this with my Leeds team. Been using an old 08 schedule and think I need to breathe new life into my training. I've also just got promotion (in my first season using the old schedules) to the Championship so it will be interesting to see how the boys cope with that and a new training regime!! uppercut
i've given this a go on my current hull game (although im coming to the end of the season so will be a while before i see full advantage of it), will see how it goes and if it goes well, i shall be applying it to my barca save i have going too. one thing i wasnt entirely keen on with other schedules is that they're more generic, so when i have a deep lying playmaker im forced to select a AM or DM training, hopefully this will help some.
