dominik79
I signed 5 great young potential stars last season at the age of 16. They are now 17 with values around 2M and teams are starting to interest in loaning them. I can't afford to give them any significant playtime so I wonder - is loaning them to teams with worse coaches and training conditions a good idea or not? opul
around age 17 I would say: definitely. any league and experience will be great at that age if they were 19 and big talents, I would only loan them out to good clubs (can be achieved through offering them to all clubs on loan, then you can pick) otherwise see if you have reasonable affiliates and send them there, if they don't get playtime you can always call them back so they get youth/reserves teams at least. an option would also to constantly organize friendlies for your reserves and let the youngsters play those if you wanna make sure they get enough time
